The problem

Chelmer already had a strong position in the New Zealand market when our marketing consultants first started working with them. The team had decades of industry experience, there was equity in their current brand, and their custom-configurable software suite offered exceptional value. 

Through developing long-term client relationships and word-of-mouth, they'd gotten by without a marketing strategy or plan for 30 years! 

However, with a three-decade-old brand and ambitious Asia-Pacific growth plans, including Australia, a refresh was due. They needed to build trust and credibility to gain new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients (New Zealand's top wealth management companies). When an opportunity to present at the 2018 Trust Officers Association Philippines (TOAP) Summit in Manila arose, Chelmer had to put their best foot forward, fast!

This included an audit, target audience and buyer journey analysis, brand positioning, and key messaging. We helped to articulate their purpose, mission, and vision, demonstrating their core desire to make a positive impact in the world. 

We quickly set them up with a professional ‘shop-front’, including a fresh new brand identity and website LinkedIn page and PPT presentation deck.
