Workplace Foundations & Project Coordination
Learn how to operate confidently and professionally in a real workplace and build essential etiquette, from writing clear emails and managing meetings, to working proactively, managing expectations and briefing process. This will be supported by proven models such as Blanchard's leadership styles and the DISC personality framework. You'll then step into the fundamentals of project coordination, learning how projects run across teams and functions including workflow management, organising calendars, managing files and work tasks, and an introduction to budgets, time management and communication channels.
Content Creation, Website Management & Email Marketing
Learn practical skills to create content across websites, email platforms and social channels — three core capabilities for today's marketer. You'll learn how to navigate a Content Management Software (CMS), publish content, and support website visibility with best practice Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Included is an introduction to website analytics and tools such as WordPress, Canva and AI assistants. With email marketing, learn to interpret a brief to repurposing content, editing images and building a polished e-newsletter, while working with platforms such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign. This will be layered with dedicated content creation where you'll practise writing and image creation using AI prompting, apply SEO keywords and write in the correct tone of voice.
Social Media
Gain a clear understanding of how LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram work from a business perspective, and learn to create and publish effective content. You'll be introduced to content planning, brand voice, and how to turn a brief into social content. You'll learn how to navigate Meta and LinkedIn backends, and read performance dashboards. The module also covers Meta Ads Manager basics, key social media metrics to monitor, and hands on tools such as Canva, CapCut, AI writing tools and Meta Business Manager. Certificate & Portfolio learners also gain experience in video editing and boosting campaigns in Meta Business Suite.
Additional: Certificate & Portfolio Course
This extended course brings together everything you need to cut through in the competitive job market. You'll build a compelling CV and portfolio grounded in real life marketing projects, with personalised CV and cover letter reviews to sharpen your story. You'll also deepen your competencies using various tools and skills you have acquired. We'll take it further with LinkedIn training designed for job search success from understanding how the platform works, to learning how to build visibility and reaching out to employers and recruiters. This is the icing-on-top to translate your acquired skills and give you the professional presence and confidence to land a job interview!
AI is woven into every module — not as a standalone topic, but as a working tool used throughout each task. This is what makes Marketing Implementer a genuine AI marketing course for how teams operate today.
Hear from people who were you.
I joined the Marketing Implementer Course as a university student entering my final year of a Communications degree. I found the experience highly insightful, with each day providing new knowledge. Throughout the programme, I developed both soft and technical skills, which I was able to apply to a range of marketing tasks and projects. I will leave Objective feeling more confident in my skill set and more optimistic about securing an entry-level marketing role, equipped with relevant and practical experience.
The Marketing Implementer Course with Objective has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. The team has been supportive and welcoming, helping me build my confidence while learning about marketing from all angles. I'm truly grateful for the guidance and opportunities I've received during my time here.
Two options. Same core skills.
