Marketing is extraordinarily powerful. It plays a critical role in driving the global economy, and in determining whether a business succeeds or fails. Effective marketing drives success, while ineffective marketing can be detrimental.
With a 20+ year history in marketing, and C-level experience running businesses and managing her own, our Founder and Director Anna Leary established Objective in 2017. Her vision was to unleash the power of marketing as a catalyst for positive change.
Marketing is powerful, and if we use this power to help businesses achieve more and do more good, it’s going to result in a better world.
Our purpose and values
Objective exists to make the world a better place, pragmatically. Marketing can do a lot of good, and we chose to use it for this purpose. ‘Marketing for good’ is all about using our expertise (our superpowers) to help ‘good’ businesses succeed. ‘Good’ = making (or aspiring to make) a positive environmental, social and economic impact.
At the heart of our culture and everything we do are our three core values:
